At the present time, we are looking for canidates to fill the role of Direct Support Professional. The right candidate will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.Prior Experience is not required, Countryview Manor has a excellent training team.

Midnight Hours run from 11:30 P.M. - 8:30 A.M.- combination of shifts in this time frame.


Dayshift Hours run from 5:00 A.M. - 2:30 P.M.- combination of shifts in this time frame.


Afternoons Hours run from 2:30 P.M. - 12:00 A.M.- combination of shifts in this time frame.

Full Time Hours, 32-40 hours per week.

Part time Hours, 25- 30 hours per week.

Pay wage is based on experience.

Loyalty Bonus at 6 months of employment 


Direct Support Professional responsibilities include but are not limited too;

Assist the individuals with their daily hygiene needs.
Assist with the dressing needs of the individual.
Assisting individual with meals and snack times.
Toileting and Repostioning of individual.
Will implement training programs, and active treatment and complete documentation within these categories..
Staff will ensure proper care of all facility equipment, supplies and facility property.
Staff will advocate for all individual to protect them from all forms of abuse from either peers, staff or other individuals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Have a High school diploma or GED.
  • Pre-employment physical, BCI/FBI Background Check and Drug testing- Will discuss during hiring process.

Activity Assistant


Countryview Manor is seeking to fill one Part time Activity Assistant position, up to 30 hours per week.


Some Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Plan and carry out holiday and special event parties.
  • Assist other Activity staff with community outings, doctor/dental appointments and other trips away from Countryview Manor. May also provide transportation for a resident on a one-to-one basis.
  • Complete assigned active treatment programs with residents.
  • Safely operate high profile 8 and 10 passenger van with wheelchair lift, and assist other activity staff with the cleaning of these vehicles. Immediately report any problems with the operation or conditions of these vehicles to the Activity Director or the Administrator
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and assume responsibility for traffic violations or fines you may incur.


Experience
None required. On-the-job training provided.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Countryview Manor is seeking Nurses –LPN’s/RN’s

Full Time and Part Time Night Shifts Available – 12 Hour Shifts

Job Requirements

RN/LPN with a current nursing license as required by Ohio State Law.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current CPR license.

Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as state, federal and regulatory requirements that pertain to long-term care.
